This step will produce the practical, detailed plan, based on the work carried out in the previous steps.

This step will include –

  • Detailed marketing and sales activity plan
  • Implications on the client’s R&D
  • Detailed schedule
  • Detailed personnel and resource requirements
  • Detailed budget requirements
